Everyday People
Terms & Conditions of Entry
Welcome to Everyday People! By attending our events, purchasing a ticket, or entering any of our venues, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Entry & Admission
Everyday People (EP) reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest at our discretion to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
A valid government-issued photo ID may be required for entry, especially for age-restricted events (e.g., 21+).
Tickets are revocable licenses and do not guarantee admission if venue capacity or conditions change.
Re-entry policies may vary by venue and are subject to change.
2. Photography, Media & Likeness Consent
By entering an EP event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.
EP and its partners may use this media across promotional channels, including websites, social platforms, press, and merchandise.
You waive any rights to inspect, approve, or receive compensation for the use of your image.
If you do not wish to be photographed, let our team know upon entry — we’ll do our best to accommodate via wristbands or designated low-capture areas.
We will never publish full names without your written consent.
3. Ticketing Policy
All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Ticket transfers or resale may be restricted depending on the platform.
If an event is canceled or rescheduled, we will notify you with available options.
Our events are typically rain-or-shine unless noted otherwise.
4. Code of Conduct / Behavior Policy
Everyday People is committed to maintaining an inclusive, respectful, and safe environment for all.
We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, violence, or disruptive behavior.
Any guest violating this policy may be removed without refund.
For a full outline of our values and expectations, please read our Community Guidelines.
If you experience or witness behavior that violates our values, please report it to a vendor or EP staff member immediately.
5. Liability Waiver
Attendance at any EP event is at your own risk.
You acknowledge the potential for injury, illness or loss in a live event environment.
EP is not liable for any personal injury, lost or stolen property, or damages incurred while attending our events.
6. Prohibited Items
The following are strictly prohibited: weapons, outside alcohol or food, fireworks, drones, and professional camera equipment (unless pre-approved).
All guests are subject to security screenings and bag checks.
We reserve the right to deny entry or confiscate prohibited items.
7. Accessibility & Accommodations
EP strives to make our events as accessible as possible.
For special accommodations or ADA-related inquiries, please contact us in advance at help@everydayppl.nyc.
8. Messaging & Data Policy
Ticketing Platform Messages:
By purchasing a ticket, you may receive event-related texts (e.g., confirmations, updates, logistics) through our ticketing partner. These are transactional and necessary for event access. Message and data rates may apply.
Community Platform Messages:
We also offer an optional messaging experience via our Community platform. To join, text +1 (917) 810-3416 to receive:

You can opt out anytime by texting STOP, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE.
We protect your data and never sell your personal information.
9. Arbitration / Legal Terms
Any dispute relating to text message communications or other services provided by EP will be resolved by binding arbitration, not in court.
Both parties waive the right to a trial by jury or participation in class action lawsuits.
Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
Exceptions may apply for small claims court or intellectual property disputes.
10. Health & Safety / COVID-19 Clause
You acknowledge the health risks of attending public gatherings and agree to follow posted health and safety protocols.
EP reserves the right to update these protocols based on venue or local public health requirements.
By attending, you voluntarily assume the risk of exposure to infectious diseases.
Thank You,
Everyday People
